Celebrating Our 2025–2026 Org Value Award Winners

At Springfield Prep, our Organizational Values aren't just words on a wall—they guide how we teach, collaborate, solve problems, and support one another every day.

Each spring, staff members nominate colleagues whose actions consistently bring these values to life. The nominations are always inspiring to read, highlighting the countless ways our team members make a difference for students, families, and one another. After reviewing nominations from across the school, our leadership team selects a group of recipients who exemplify our values in exceptional ways. As each winner was announced, the enthusiastic cheers from colleagues made it clear that each recognition resonated across our community. The response in the room was a reminder that while awards are presented to individuals, they represent the team culture that makes Springfield Prep such a special place to work and learn.

We were proud to recognize this year's winners during our End-of-Year Staff Celebration this June.
