Dionna Boyd

Dean of Culture and Athletic Coordinator

Dionna joined Springfield Prep in August 2021 after working as the School Social Worker in a Virtual School setting for two years. Dionna has her Master’s in Social Work from Westfield State University and has worked as both a clinician and social worker throughout her career. She began her career in education in 2017 as a school therapist in the Holyoke and Springfield School District. In 2019, Dionna moved into a new role as a School Social Worker and worked in this position until 2021. As Dean of Culture, she loves seeing students make progress academically and socially, and as Athletic Coordinator, she ensures that Springfield Prep students have opportunities to grow and learn as teammates and athletes.
