Marelin Velazquez

Director of Finance and HR

Marelin Velazquez joined Springfield Prep in 2019 as the Finance and HR Coordinator. She later became the Finance and HR Manager and currently serves as the Director of Finance and HR. In her role, Marelin oversees the school’s financial and human resources operations, including budgeting, payroll, employee benefits, and financial reporting. Before joining Springfield Prep, Marelin worked as a Junior Accountant at MGM Springfield. She attended American International College, where she earned her bachelor’s degree. Marelin is passionate about supporting employees and ensuring that Springfield Prep’s financial and human resources systems allow staff and students to thrive.
