Meghan Wagner

Chief Operating and Financial Officer

Meghan Wagner has been at Springfield Prep for the past ten years. She brings over 20 years of experience in finance and operational management, with deep experience supporting K–12 schools. Meghan began her education work at Achievement First Hartford Elementary Charter School in Connecticut, where she spent six years helping the school grow from under 180 students to nearly 500 and supporting the move from a temporary site to a permanent facility. She joined Springfield Prep because she was drawn to its mission and the opportunity to support the school’s growth and impact by bringing disciplined financial management and strong operational leadership to the work. She served as Director of Finance and Operations before moving into the role of Chief Operating and Financial Officer. Meghan earned a BA from Westfield State College and an MPA from the University of Connecticut School of Public Policy, with graduate certificates in Financial Management and Nonprofit Management.
