Recognizing Impact Through Our Org Values Awards
At Springfield Prep, we believe our people are our greatest strength. Every day, our staff bring energy, care, and skill to their work with students. Just like we name and celebrate our FIRST Core Values (focus, integrity, respect, self-determination, and teamwork) with students—through shoutouts, narrations, and awards—we’ve also taken time to define the values that guide the adults in our community. This year, we introduced our updated Organizational Values and launched a new way to celebrate them: the Org Value Awards. These awards are a chance for staff to recognize one another and to lift up the people who make this place special.
We proudly honored the following staff members for living out our values every day at our 10-Year Celebration on May 30, 2025.
